1. Hotel Policies
These are general hotel policies for Van Hai Hotel Halong. As they may vary per room type, please also check the room description.
Check in: From 13:00 hours
Check out: Until 12:00 hours

2. Cancellation Charges:
All cancellation must be made in written notice including proper explanation and received by the hotel.
Incase, the cancellation does not comply with the time limit states or not received, the hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation charge base on contract rate and number of rooms booked as follows:

FIT Cancellation made prior to the date of arrival (fewer than 5 rooms)
          Within 3 days:        50% of total rooms charges of the period reserved
          Within 1 day:        100% of total rooms charges of the period reserved
GIT cancellation made prior to the date of arrival (From 05 Rooms):
    Within 10 days:    50% of total rooms charges of the period reserved
    Within 5 days:        100% of total rooms charges of the period reserved

3. No Show Charge:
In case of no-show, 100% of the total room charges of the period reserved will be billed to the Agent.

4. Children and extra beds
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged USD 10 per night and person in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged USD 10 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed/cot or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

5. Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
